The recipe for this delicious shortbread is based off the polvorón, which is a traditional Spanish shortbread cookie. Light and crumbly, these cookies are loaded up with pecans and just a hint of cinnamon. These cookies are a great addition to any spread, or perfect to enjoy with a cup of coffee.

These cookies are sold in quantities of 6 and 12.
