Meet Heather

Heather’s approach to cake design combines her art education, passion for food, and boundless creativity. While studying at the University of Michigan, a transformative trip to Florence shifted her focus from classic art to culinary artistry. Upon returning, she fused her new passion for food with her artistic skills and hasn’t looked back since.

As the founder and lead designer, Heather sees each cake as a creative challenge. She works with her talented team to ensure every cake is a masterpiece.
