WHAT STUDENTS ARE SAYING
As I reflect on 2024, I am reminded of your impact on my business. I am forever grateful that you share your experiences within the cake community and that we’ve crossed paths. I remember being ecstatic when I booked my first $1k cake after taking your course a few years ago. This year, I booked multiple $2k cakes and my first over 3k! Here’s to growth in 2025! - Catrina Staats, Homestead Kitchen
Sweet Heather Anne's two-day Wedding Cake Intensive is worth every penny! The entire experience was absolutely top-notch, and I had the best weekend learning from Heather and her incredible team. They are not only extremely knowledgeable but also some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. The group was such a fun mix of people from all different backgrounds—it honestly felt like an adult summer camp for cake lovers, which was exactly what I needed! This class goes beyond just learning Sweet Heather Anne’s artistic secrets; it’s also packed with valuable business insights. Heather is a true artist who genuinely loves teaching and sharing her craft. If you’re serious about elevating your wedding cake skills and want an inspiring, fun, and educational experience, this class is for you! - Snack Time Sweets
PLACES TO STAY
Wyndham Garden and Weber's are hotels that are both really close to here if you are looking for something easily drivable. (Or walkable if you don't mind chilly weather) You would probably want to get a ride back to your hotel once you have your finished cakes, though.
If you'd rather stay downtown, the Graduate is right in the middle of town and walking distance to lots of restaurants/shops.
If you'd prefer an AirBnB, I know the host of this one and this one is very close to the Cake Studio.
Ann Arbor is very safe in general so you can't go wrong with places to stay. If you're looking to make a trip of it, check out my friend Sue's guide to Ann Arbor.
The best airport to fly into is Detroit (DTW).
