PLACES TO STAY
Wyndham Garden and Weber's are hotels that are both really close to here if you are looking for something easily drivable. (Or walkable if you don't mind chilly weather) You would probably want to get a ride back to your hotel once you have your finished cakes, though.
If you'd rather stay downtown, the Graduate is right in the middle of town and walking distance to lots of restaurants/shops.
If you'd prefer an AirBnB, I know the host of this one and this one is very close to the Cake Studio.
Ann Arbor is very safe in general so you can't go wrong with places to stay. If you're looking to make a trip of it, check out my friend Sue's guide to Ann Arbor.
The best airport to fly into is Detroit (DTW).
Additional Details
All materials needed for the workshop will be provided for in class use.
We do not have boxes for transporting the finished cake given it’s size but all students will have the opportunity to take professional photos of their work.
This workshop is subject to cancellation if the minimum capacity is not met. If the workshop is canceled, students will receive a full refund.
