Tasting Cake

Each tasting cake is a 3 inch cake in a single flavor, iced and filled to display the delicious flavor you are tasting. You can get up to 8 small tasting slices per cake, though a hungry cake eater could probably polish off an entire cake in one setting.

If you are interested in purchasing a cake from our online shop, some flavors have a $15 upcharge for online cakes. Those flavors are outlined below.

If you end up choosing one of those flavors, you can check-out in the online shop as normal and then email us at onlineshop@sweetheatheranne.com about the flavor switch. We will then send you an invoice for the upcharge. We need at least a full week notice to make any flavor that is not listed in our online shop.

Raspberry Rose - brown sugar vanilla cake layered with raspberry rose buttercream and raspberry curd

Citrus Raspberry Rose (contains nuts) - citrusy almond olive oil cake with raspberry rose buttercream

Chocolate Raspberry Rose - rich chocolate cake with raspberry rose buttercream

Vanilla Praline (contains nuts) - brown sugar vanilla cake infused with caramel syrup and layered with pecan praline paste, praline buttercream, and praline pieces

Chocolate Praline (contains nuts) - rich chocolate cake layered with pecan praline paste, praline buttercream, and praline pieces

Chocolate Chocolate - rich chocolate cake with bittersweet chocolate buttercream

Classic Birthday Cake - brown sugar vanilla cake with bittersweet chocolate buttercream

Chocolate Pistachio - rich chocolate cake with toasted pistachio buttercream

Lemon Lavender - lemon sour cream cake with lemon lavender buttercream

Huckleberry Mascarpone (contains nuts) - citrusy almond olive oil cake layered with huckleberry preserves and huckleberry mascarpone buttercream

Mocha - rich chocolate cake with coffee infused ganache and mocha buttercream

Carrot Pineapple - fluffy carrot cake with caramelized pineapple jam and traditional cream cheese icing

Passion Fruit Coconut (contains nuts)- almond olive oil cake with passion fruit curd and coconut buttercream (NEW!)

Funfetti - colorful funfetti cake layered with cream cheese icing (NEW!)

Tiramisu - (contains marsala wine) espresso soaked sponge cake layered with vanilla mascarpone cream, finished with espresso buttercream and dusted with cocoa powder. This flavor is only available for select design styles and sheet cakes. Not available for multi-tiered cakes. (NEW!)

Chocolate Salted Caramel - rich chocolate cake layered with salted caramel and creme fraiche buttercream ($15 upcharge)

Lemon Raspberry - lemon sour cream cake layered with lemon curd, raspberry curd, and vanilla buttercream ($15 upcharge)

Raspberries and Cream - brown sugar vanilla cake layered with raspberry curd and vanilla buttercream ($15 upcharge)

Strawberry Vanilla - brown sugar vanilla cake layered with strawberry buttercream ($15 upcharge)

Blood Orange Olive Oil (contains nuts) - citrusy almond olive oil cake layered with blood orange curd and citrus praline buttercream ($15 upcharge)

Pumpkin Cinnamon - spiced Pumpkin cake layered with cinnamon buttercream ($15 upcharge)

General Ordering Guidelines

• Online orders are available for pick-up on the dates listed in the drop-down window only - add the cake to your cart to see available dates

• Orders for this design close on Thursday at 9am for Friday or Saturday or once the week is fully booked.

• Friday and Saturday pick-up hours: 10a-4p
